MWEG is dedicated to meaningful policy change and advocacy work while also supporting women in their efforts to increase personal capacity. We believe women of faith can have an outsized impact as they engage from a place of discipleship.

MWEG works to ensure interns are trained, supervised, and supported so they can be successful and productive in their work and to ensure the relationship is beneficial to both the intern and organization. MWEG interns go through an informal interview process and an initial orientation and training. It is expected that interns will maintain consistent communication with their supervisor.
