Take Action! March 14 & 15, 2017 Continue to demand investigation of Russian interference

Some issues are so key that we will call for your action on them repeatedly.  One of those is transparency and truth regarding any possible Russian interference in the election and Trump ties to Russia.  Here are some possible actions; comment below if you’ve been able to act on one or more of them!

  • Watch this video from Stand Up Republic.
  • Contact your MoC and ask them to push for a Special Prosecutor and/or an independent commission to investigate. Let them know that our nation’s electoral integrity is not a partisan issue.
  • Ask your Senators to support Senate bill 27, calling for an independent commission to investigate Russian influence on our election.
  • Ask your Representative to support H.R. 356, the Protecting Our Democracy Act, which would establish an independent, 12-member commission to fully examine Russian interference in the 2016 elections.
  • Call members of the House Intelligence Committee asking for an independent investigation: Devin Nunes (Chairman, R, CA-22); Mike Conaway (R, TX-11); Rick Crawford (R, AR-1); Trey Gowdy (R, SC-4); Will Hurd (R, TX-23); Peter King (R, NY-2); Frank LoBiondo (R, NJ-2); Tom Rooney (R, FL-17); Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R, FL-27); Elise Stefanik (R, NY-21); Chris Stewart (R, UT-2); Mike Turner (R, OH-10); Brad Wenstrup (R, OH-2); Adam Schiff (Ranking Member, D, CA-28); André Carson (D, IN-7); Joaquin Castro (D, TX-20); Denny Heck (D, WA-10); Jim Himes (D, CT-4); Mike Quigley (D, IL-5); Terri Sewell (D, AL-7); Jackie Speier (D, CA-14); Eric Swalwell (D, CA-15).POSSIBLE SCRIPTS:

    – Hello, I am one of your constituents in [___]. I am concerned about the possible foreign intervention from Russia into our presidential election. I encourage you to join your fellow senators and representatives in calling for a full inquiry. This is not a democratic or republican issue. Our nation is founded on free and fair elections, and foreign intervention puts our democracy at risk. History, and voters, will not look kindly on representatives in Congress who looked the other way when a foreign government infiltrated our elections. Thank you.
