Antonella Packard

Antonella Packard has held senior management roles in various international organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, with expertise spanning industries such as banking, construction, manufacturing, medical devices, government, nonprofit, and healthcare. She is currently the owner of a medical device company. Antonella holds a bachelor's degree in business and a master's of business administration.
In 2008, she was recognized by Business Connect Magazine as one of Utah's 20 Most Influential Hispanics. As the Executive Director of the Utah County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Packard championed workforce development initiatives, supplier diversity certifications, and programs designed to strengthen small business owners, Latino, multicultural, and women-owned businesses in the region.
Deeply committed to community service, Ms. Packard serves on several local and national boards. She currently chairs the Human Resources Committee for Mormon Women for Ethical Government (MWEG), a nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting ethical governance, justice, and peacemaking. MWEG's mission deeply resonates with Ms. Packard’s values, and she is honored to contribute to its efforts to educate, empower, and engage women of faith in civic leadership and advocacy.
She was also the inaugural State Director for Utah’s League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) and cofounder of Silicon Slopes Latino.
Originally from the Caribbean coast of Honduras, Ms. Packard now resides in the picturesque city of Saratoga Springs, Utah, along the shores of Utah Lake.
