Founder of Rethink International
Sui Lang L. Panoke is the founder of Rethink International, a global social enterprise and consulting firm designed to challenge people to rethink how and what they think. She has trained thousands of leaders around the world leading in politics, government, business, finance, nonprofits, and the media in areas of global leadership, power, culture, strategy, community, impact, developing women leaders, power speaking, strategic messaging, branding, and bridge-building.
Sui Lang most recently served as a senior vice president at Zions Bank, where she was responsible for directing the bank’s strategic vision to drive a culture of community, prosperity, and growth across the organization and build economic inclusion in the communities that it serves.
She was awarded the 2022 Pathfinder Leadership Award by the Salt Lake Chamber at the Women & Business Conference and continues to serve on numerous community and nonprofit boards. She holds a B.S. in political science from the University of Utah and an MPA from American University’s Women & Politics Institute with a certificate in women, policy, and political Leadership.
Sui Lang is the proud mother of an intellectually curious daughter, who is taller, smarter, and much more mature than she is. After living on Capitol Hill in D.C. for 13+ years, they currently reside in Salt Lake City with their red toy poodle.
