Rachel Hope Anderson is the principal of Hope& Consulting. A coalition builder at heart, she loves the creativity, wisdom, and vitality that results from listening and seeking common ground across differences. Rachel founded and serves as advisor to the Center for Public Justice’s Families Valued program which champions family-supportive workplaces and public policies, such as paid family leave, child care, and protections for pregnant women.
Previously, Rachel held leadership roles at the Center for Responsible Lending, the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts, and the Boston Faith & Justice Network and has a background in law and religious studies. Originally from Wisconsin, Rachel lives outside of Washington D.C. with three generations of her family: children, husband, parents, and one dog-in-law.
