Managing Your Sustaining Membership in MWEG Central
Beginning October 17, 2025, all MWEG Sustaining Memberships are managed through the member's account on MWEG Central. From your MWEG Central profile you can update your payment method and change your membership plan.

View Your Sustaining Membership Information

Log in to your MWEG Central account at https://central.mweg.org (sustaining membership information is currently not available in the MWEG app).

Click on your profile picture in the top right and select Billing.


Change Your Payment Method

On the Billing screen click on the Payment methods tab.

Click on Edit on the far right and then click on Card to add a new credit card.

Once all details are entered, click on Save to save the card.
Change Your Membership Plan
Important information about changing your membership plan:

If you are increasing your membership amount, you will be asked to pay the increased amount at the time of the change. This payment will be prorated based on how much time is left in your billing cycle.

If you are decreasing your membership amount, the difference between the old amount and the new amount will be marked as a credit on your account and applied to your next regular payment. The amount of the credit will be prorated based on how much time is left in your billing cycle.

On the Billing screen under the Subscriptions tab, click on the three dots to the right of your membership.

From the menu choose Change Plan.

Choose a new monthly or annual plan from the pop-up window. You will need to scroll down to see all plan options. Once you make your selection, click Next.

Select the billing amount that covers transaction fees (the top amount) or the amount that will not cover transaction fees (the bottom amount) and click Next.

Review your changes and click on Confirm Changes to update your membership.
